Job description

Stitchi helps Marketing and HR teams create and deliver thoughtful branded merchandise for events, onboarding, recognition, and gifting. We bring creative direction, sourcing, production, storage, and fulfillment together, supported by software that keeps the work organized. Based in Detroit, we help companies make products people want to use and keep.

About the role

You’ll keep approved merchandise orders moving through suppliers, proofs, production, and shipping. Working with the Production Manager and Detroit account team, you’ll maintain clear records and surface risks while there is still time to act. This is a full-time remote role open to applicants worldwide.

What you’ll do
  • Prepare and maintain purchase orders against approved specifications, pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements.
  • Follow up with suppliers on order acknowledgments, proofs, production milestones, and ship commitments.
  • Track proof versions and approval status, and flag missing requirements before production is released.
  • Keep item-level production schedules and shipping details current, including orders with multiple products or destinations.
  • Provide clear routine order updates and keep correspondence connected to the order record.
  • Escalate delays, specification mismatches, cost changes, or quality concerns to the Production Manager with the facts and available options.
  • Track shipments through delivery, confirm receipt, and organize records needed to resolve discrepancies or claims.
What you’ll bring
  • Experience coordinating orders, suppliers, logistics, production, or detail-heavy operational work.
  • Strong written communication in English for working with clients, suppliers, and the Detroit team.
  • Careful handling of quantities, specifications, dates, documents, and version changes.
  • Ability to work independently, follow up consistently, and keep teammates informed across time zones.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and shared workflow tools; merchandise, apparel decoration, or international shipping experience is helpful.
What success looks like

Order status is accurate, supplier commitments are documented, and the team learns about risks early. Proofs and shipment records are easy to find, and each delivery is followed through to confirmation.

How we work

We take ownership, communicate clearly, and close the loop. We raise problems early, bring options, and improve how the work gets done. Craft, reliable follow-through, and respectful feedback matter here.

Stitchi is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome different backgrounds and perspectives, and encourage you to apply if you can do the work even if your experience does not match every qualification.
