This in-person, full-time role partners with the Account Manager and Production to keep information accurate and flow smoothly.

You will research products and suppliers, assemble quotes, manage records, and ensure timely handoffs to Production, while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests
• Clear, helpful communication and dependable follow-through
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and presentation tools
• Interest in merchandise and researching products

Responsabilités

• Research products and suppliers against client briefs, including brand fit and timing
• Build product presentations and prepare quotes for review
• Coordinate sample requests and track revisions
• Keep specifications, quantities, addresses, and deadlines in the project record
• Follow up on information and approvals and communicate with clients
• Assemble approved specs and pricing for Production handoff
• Flag missing information early to avoid delays
