Job summary

RRD in Wisconsin is seeking an Account Specialist to coordinate production of client materials in a hybrid role that may require onsite presence or remote work. Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant admin/operational support.
• Excellent oral and written communication across departments.
• Advanced knowledge of technology including MS Office and MAC tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to gather job requirements and translate into detailed instructions.
• Coordinate production and provide status updates to customers.
• Review proofs with customers and obtain approvals.
• Ensure job instructions are entered and scheduled in systems.
• Monitor production and ensure final product meets requirements.
• Tally final runs and assemble paperwork for billing.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in special projects.
