Northrop Grumman is seeking a seasoned professional to lead production planning and scheduling for our Receiver Exciter Production Cell. You will manage the flow of material, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure on-time delivery and efficient shop load.

The role requires a strong background in operations and production planning, the ability to direct a team, and a U.S. Government Secret clearance. Northrop Grumman offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years in operations or production planning or program management.
• Master’s Degree with 6+ years in operations, production planning or related fields is preferred.
• Experience leading teams or projects and presenting to senior leadership.
• Clearance eligibility for U.S. Government Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate production schedules with Material Requirements Planning.
• Oversee material flow from receipt to customer delivery.
• Monitor work in process, material availability, and production problems.
• Schedule equipment and personnel, and prepare work orders or purchase requests.
• Coordinate with QA, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and inventory control.
• Provide leadership in MRP, production scheduling, WIP management, and MMAS auditing.

Educación

Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience in Operations, Production Planning, Program Management or equivalent experience

Master’s Degree with 6 years of experience operations, production planning, program management or equivalent experience

Experience leading people and/or projects

Experience delivering presentations to senior leadership

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance

U.S. Citizenship required
