Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager, Production Planning & Scheduling to lead the Production Planning, Inventory Control, and Master Scheduling teams for the Propulsion group in Commerce, CA. The candidate should have a strong background in aerospace supply chain, with 5+ years in planning and at least 3 years in leadership, plus experience with Costpoint, Solumina, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Supply Chain within aerospace manufacturing.
• 4 additional years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Leadership experience and strong communication skills.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with organizational skills.
• Familiar with MS Office, MRP/ERP (Costpoint), MES (Solumina) and scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of aerospace composites is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Planning, Inventory Control and Master Scheduling teams toward site goals.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve constraints and issues.
• Promote continuous improvement and root-cause problem solving.
• Develop and mentor team members and manage performance.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
• Oversee master scheduling processes and daily management.
