Job summary

Veev, by Lennar, is seeking a Production Control Associate to coordinate daily production control activities in our Hayward warehouse. You will ensure material flow aligns with the build schedule, manage line-side replenishment, and collaborate across Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to keep operations running smoothly.

You will oversee rigging and material handling, perform cycle counts, and validate transactions in ERP/MRP systems while upholding safety standards and organizational

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, production control, or materials.
• Experience in a logistics and warehousing environment (high-mix, high-volume).
• Strong ERP/MRP system experience.
• Working knowledge of inventory control principles and material planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to the production line in line with the build schedule.
• Execute safe rigging and lifting operations for large or complex components.
• Inspect and utilize rigging equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with operators to move materials safely across work zones.
• Monitor and manage material availability to prevent line stoppages or shortages.
• Support kitting, staging, and line replenishment activities.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Validate system transactions (receipts, transfers, consumption, adjustments).
• Receive and put away materials with proper system entry.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
• Adhere to safety standards and 5S workplace organization.
