Job summary

Veev, By Lennar is seeking a Logistics Coordinator with a Class A CDL to manage delivery of modular walls and ceilings to job sites in Hayward, California.

You will coordinate schedules with Production Control, ensure loads are secured, and maintain compliance with DOT/FMCSA rules while supporting efficient operations on a fast-paced construction site. This role requires flexible hours, strong communication, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Class A commercial driving experience.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• Current DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate as required.
• Experience with flatbed transportation, load securement, and permitted loads.
• Working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations, Hours of Service, ELD requirements, and inspections.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles and transport materials to job sites.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and route planning with internal teams.
• Complete delivery documentation and inspection records.
• Maintain compliance with safety requirements and transportation laws.
• Identify opportunities to improve route efficiency and load consolidation.
