Job summary

Veev Group in Hayward, CA is seeking a Production Control Associate to coordinate daily production control activities in the warehouse, ensuring timely material flow and inventory integrity to support manufacturing operations.

You will work with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Logistics to drive material planning, cycle counts, and line-side replenishment, while maintaining ERP/WMS accuracy and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, production control, or materials.
• Experience in a logistics and warehousing environment (high-mix, high-volume preferred).
• Strong ERP/MRP system experience.
• Working knowledge of inventory control principles and material planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production control activities to ensure timely material flow and inventory integrity.
• Bridge Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Logistics to align materials with production schedule.
• Drive material planning, transaction accuracy, cycle counting, and line-side replenishment.
