Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares job work orders for production runs and updates information as per SOW.
• Ensures all necessary information is present on work orders and follows up for missing/inaccurate data.
• Manages samples on hand for inserts, envelopes, and printed production samples.
• Tracks job statuses to meet contractual deadlines and communicates production issues.
• Performs end-of-day verification and prepares docket uploads and archival documents.
• Sends electronic copies of logs and daily totals to designated recipients.
