Job summary

National Presort, LP (NPI) seeks a Production Control Clerk to support planning and scheduling of work orders in line with the production schedule. The role maintains accurate production and inventory data and coordinates with Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory, and Manufacturing to ensure smooth workflow.

You will generate work orders, provide status updates, process ECNs, assist with daily production meetings, and perform clerical tasks in a climate-controlled warehouse.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in manufacturing, focused on planning, production control, or expediting.
• Experience with ERP systems (SYSPRO preferred).
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in multiple systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain manufacturing work orders per production schedule.
• Provide inventory status and availability information.
• Process ECNs and update affected work orders.
• Assist with daily production meetings and provide status updates.
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate ERP records.
• Perform general clerical and data entry tasks.
• Work overtime as production demands require.
