Job summary

National Presort, LP is seeking a Production Control Coordinator for our Fort Worth, TX facility. The role supports planning, scheduling, and data integrity in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.

You will coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory, and Manufacturing to ensure smooth workflow and accurate ERP records. The position requires experience in manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment (planning, production control, or expediting).
• Five or more years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• ERP system experience (SYSPRO preferred).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain manufacturing work orders in accordance with the production schedule.
• Provide inventory status and availability information to support sales and production requirements.
• Process Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and update affected work orders accordingly.
• Assist with daily production meetings and provide status updates as needed.
• Perform general clerical and data entry tasks related to Production Control activities.
• Coordinate and communicate with Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate and timely records within the ERP system.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Control Manager.
