Job summary

Ocean Spray is seeking an Operations Supervisor for night shifts to lead and coach the night crew in a plant environment, aiming for safe, compliant, and productive operations. You will set job expectations, monitor performance, train staff, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating scheduling, priorities, and shift summaries across packaging, maintenance, and processing teams.

Responsibilities include managing vacation, payroll, discipline, performance reviews, labor and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of operational processes and machinery.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Ability to train and multi-task.
• High capacity for change and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead night shift team to meet plant objectives and ensure safety and quality.
• Coach, train, and evaluate team members.
• Monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and resolve malfunctions.
• Execute production plan: schedule personnel and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace in compliance with policies.
• Drive continuous improvement across departments.
• Manage vacation, payroll, discipline, performance reviews, and budgets.
• Provide leadership across packaging, line maintenance, materials handling, processing.
• Maintain positive employee and labor relations.
