Job summary

Ocean Spray is seeking an Operations Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams in Kenosha, WI. You will train and coach staff, plan production, and drive improvements while ensuring safety and quality are upheld across the plant.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree and several years of production experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or University Degree (Preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience in production/operations management
• Experience leading teams and coordinating cross‑functional work

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach production teams to meet plant objectives.
• Develop flexible production plans and manage personnel workflow.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in daily operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost reductions.
