Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in North Brunswick Township, NJ is hiring a production associate for the window unit line. The role involves manual assembly, using hand tools, lifting components, and ensuring quality through audits.

Shifts: 1st shift 6:45am–3:15pm, Monday–Friday. Base pay starts at $17.25 per hour, up to $23, with overtime potential. Benefits start day one; cross-training across stations is available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing or similar experience.
• Good communication skills required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to read a tape measure.
• Overtime and weekend flexibility.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to construct window units.
• Lift windows onto build tables and racks.
• Rotate across workstations and assist production planning.
• Move carts and load components for processing.
• Perform quality audits and participate in problem solving.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Lift 25–50 lbs as needed.
• Load finished units for shipment.
