Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a full‑time production team member in New Jersey. You will handle loading, scanning, measuring, and assembly tasks in a window manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, can lift 50 pounds, and work with attention to safety. The role requires basic math, English literacy, and collaboration with teammates on the line.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for duration of entire shift.
• Ability to measure lengths accurately to 1/32”
• Ability to read and interpret common statistical data, productivity reports, and written instructions
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to read and write in English (Numbers, Locations, short words and phrases)

Responsibilities

• Wear mandatory PPE (Safety Glasses, Ear plugs, Safety Shoes, Safety Vest, Hard Hat, Full-body Safety Harness).
• Use RF scanning equipment to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Move carts in and out of production areas.
• Load window sash components for processing insulated glass units.
• Assemble vinyl grids for placement within insulated glass units.
• Scan and process materials accurately and timely to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to quality and customer service standards.
• Utilize production reports to assist in production planning.
• Collaborate with the Picking Operator during the shift.
• Identify safety hazards in the workplace.
• Assist with picking windows order picker equipment at heights up to 20 feet.
