Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring for a full-time production position in North Brunswick Township, NJ. You will operate a packing line, move units to pallets, and perform quality checks on window products throughout the shift.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing all shift, and ability to train across stations. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a strong safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Cross-train and rotate on multiple workstations within the line.
• Basic understanding of machinery operation and production processes.
• Ability to measure lengths to ¼ inch and follow instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Operate ARPAC/Packing machine.
• Move window units from conveyor into pallets or shipping carts.
• Perform quality checks and identify defects.
• Sort and palletize window units by type and size; wrap as needed.
• Count accurately during palletizing and inspect for damages.
• Move pallets/carts in and out of production with appropriate tools.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform 5S housekeeping and downtime duties during stoppages.
