Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to help build premium windows and doors in a clean, temperature-controlled facility in Minnesota. You’ll follow both visual and written instructions, use basic tools, and rotate through departments with on‑the‑job training to grow your skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use tools and automated equipment to assemble products - drilling, measuring, cutting and more.
• Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to gather parts and keep production moving.
• Partner with your supervisor to solve mechanical or material challenges quickly.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
