• Prepping and priming detail parts to current specification requirements
• Performing top‑coat application as needed
• Following standard operating procedures and specifications
• Washing, wiping, and sanding parts when necessary
• Masking and prepping parts for paint as required
• Curing parts after top‑coat application
• Operating chart recorders for paint application data logging
• Conducting quality testing and form auditing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to operate a curing oven and chart recorders
• Ability to interpret blueprints
