Job summary

Stryker in Salt Lake City, UT is hiring a Production Associate I. You will perform UV Bonding, packaging, operating and loading machines, measuring, material handling, coating, masking, mixing, blasting and inspection of components.

You will follow process work instructions, document quality data, use hand tools, meet production rates and cycle times, interface with manufacturing systems, and inspect final assemblies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Prior cleanroom experience preferred.
• Experience using measuring devices and microscopes desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and load UV bonding, packaging, and inspection processes.
• Follow process work instructions and test procedures to meet quality requirements.
• Use hands to manipulate small tools or objects and meet cycle times.
• Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices.
• Handle, transport, store, and inspect components and final assemblies.
• Record and correct documentation; support deviations and improvements.
• Perform validations and engineering evaluations with supervision.
• Support continuous improvements through idea submission and projects.
• Set-ups, work preparation, clean-up, and quality assurance of own area.

Schedule: Mon - Thurs, 3:00pm - 1:30AM

What You Need:

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Prior cleanroom experience
• Prior experience working with measuring devices and microscopes

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to focus on and see small objects under a microscope
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Ability to focus on detailed work for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
• Ability to discern colors
