Jefferson Industries Corporation, North American headquarters for G-TEKT, seeks production associates for hot stamp, laser cut, and weld line roles. Responsibilities include press operation, assembly, die changes, inspection, and housekeeping to meet quality specs.

Rigorous safety, forklift possible, and overtime as needed. Starting wage $18.75/hour with shift premiums, regular base-rate increases, and a comprehensive benefits package including vacation, medical options, 401k, and profit

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand on concrete for extended periods.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and twist as part of daily tasks.
• Must be willing to work overtime as required to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Hot Stamp Press Operation, Assembly, and dies setup as required.
• Laser Cutting and Weld Line duties including inspection and housekeeping.
• Operate forklifts if needed and restock for next shift.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and pass pre-employment screening.
