Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing and/or warehouse experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on a consistent basis.
• Ability to stand on concrete up to 12 hours.
• Ability to repeatedly bend, stoop and twist throughout shift.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as required to meet customer demands.
• Overtime may be daily and/or weekend.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate hot stamp press: load dies, assembly, and prepare tooling.
• Set up laser cutting per product specifications and monitor process.
• Load/unload weld lines, change weld-tips, inspect parts for quality.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and restock for next shift.

We are actively seeking production associates to join our Hot Stamp Department on 1st shift (core schedule, Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm).

Job Position and Duties May Include:

Hot Stamp Press Operation:

• Assembly
• Installs/Set-up dies on bolster during die changes
• Loads blanks for continuous production operation
• Prepares robotic tooling for change-overs
• Inspects product for conformance to quality specifications
• Perform general housekeeping duties
• Must be willing to operate forklift
• Other duties as assigned

Laser Cutting Operation:

• Perform proper set-up for specified product
• Continuously monitor process
• Assists in troubleshooting
• Inspects product for conformance to quality specifications
• Perform general housekeeping duties
• Other duties as assigned

Weld Lines:

• Load/unload metalparts in weld jig
• Assembly
• Change weld-tips
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards met
• Use RDF scanner to transfer inventory
• Perform daily equipment inspections
• Restock for oncoming shift
• Perform general housekeeping duties
• Other duties as assigned
