Jefferson Industries Corporation in West Jefferson, OH is seeking production associates to join our Stamping Department on 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm, Monday to Friday). Inspect metal parts for defects, stack parts, and operate stamping press, forklift, and overhead crane as needed.

We offer weekly pay at $18.75/hour with a $0.50/hour shift premium, plus benefits including medical options, 401k, paid vacation, and attendance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing and/or warehouse experience, preferred
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs on a consistent basis
• Ability to stand on concrete up to 12 hours
• Ability to repeatedly bend, stoop and twist throughout shift
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as required to meet customer demands

Responsibilities

• Inspect metal parts of various sizes for defects to ensure quality standards met
• Stack parts then place into stationary basket
• Must be willing to operate Stamping Press

We are actively seeking production associates to join our Stamping Department on 2nd shift (core schedule, Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30m).

Job Position and Duties

• Inspect metal parts of various sizes for defects to ensure quality standards met
• Stack parts then place into stationary basket
• Must be willing to operate Stamping Press
• Must be willing to operate forklift
• Must be willing to operate overhead crane
• Use RDF scanner to transfer inventory
• Perform general housekeeping duties
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation:
  • Weekly Pay

  • Base-Rate Pay increase every three (3) months, up to top-out rate
