Job summary

Spring Valley's Jackson, WI plant is seeking Production Associates experienced in operating front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to support bulk material handling and blending operations.

You will load/move bulk materials, stack 50 lb bags, monitor machines, and assist with inventory and housekeeping while upholding safety and quality standards. Second shift is required (2:15 pm–12:45 am), with benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

Our Jackson, WI plant is eagerly seeking Production Associates with experience in front‑end loader and heavy equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Operating a front‑end loader to transport bulk materials
• Stacking 50 lb bags on pallets and wrapping pallets for shipping
• Mixing and blending material for fertilizer and ice melter
• Running and monitoring machines to ensure safety and efficiency
• Operating a forklift to move pallets between buildings
• General cleanup of work areas
• Miscellaneous projects as needed (inventory, grounds keeping, etc.)

Pay & Perks

• $20.00‑$25.00+ per hour starting pay based on experience
• Additional $1.00 per hour shift premium for working 2nd shift
