Job summary

Spring Valley in Jackson, WI, is seeking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on stacking 50lb bags, blending materials, operating machines, and forklift handling to move pallets and maintain efficient production lines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stack 50lb bags on pallets & wrap pallets for shipping.
• Mixing/blending material for fertilizer and ice melter.
• Run and monitor machines to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Operate a forklift to move pallets between buildings.
• Operate a front end loader to transport bulk materials.
• General cleanup of work areas.
• Assist with inventory and other production tasks as needed.

From our 8 blending locations and multiple shipping locations, we serve a wide variety of customer markets including distributors, co‑ops, and retailers throughout the United States and internationally. Our Jackson, WI plant is eagerly seeking Production Associates to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Stacking 50lb bags on pallets & wrapping pallets for shipping
• Mixing/blending material for fertilizer and ice melter
• Running and monitoring machines to ensure safety and efficiency
• Operating a forklift to move pallets between buildings
• Operating a front end loader to transport bulk materials
• General cleanup of work areas
• Miscellaneous projects as needed (inventory, grounds keeping, etc)

Pay & Perks

• $20.00-$25.00+ per hour starting pay based on experience.
• Additional $1.00 per hour shift premium for working 2nd shift.

Requirements

• Previous experience and comfortability in forklift operation, including stacking pallets 2-3 high is a plus!
• Ability to follow written & verbal instructions
• Ability to work 2nd Shift (2:15pm-12:45am Monday-Thursday)
