Job summary

Superior Outdoor Products Inc. is seeking a dependable production team member to join our extrusion line operations. You will pull finished product, perform quality checks, wrap and package items, and help maintain inventory while upholding safety standards.

This role supports other production activities as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Based in New Holland, PA, the position offers a stable schedule, overtime potential, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k),

Qualifications

• Ability to participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Willingness to assist in other departments as production needs require.
• Ability to read a tape measure and other measuring devices clearly.
• Forklift operation experience or willingness to become certified.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Pull finished product from the extrusion line.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• White wrap and package finished products.
• Organize and manage physical inventory.
• Operate saws and other power tools safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Work Week: Monday- Friday

Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Additional overtime may be required.

Requirements

This position works primarily on the manufacturing floor producing extrusion products.Employees should be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods


• Frequently use hands and arms to handle materials, tools, and equipment


• Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly


• Work safely around manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment
