Job summary

Eliason Corporation is seeking a Production Associate for weekend shifts in Minnesota. The role involves building and assembling products, reading blueprints, and supporting multiple production areas with a focus on quality and efficiency.

You will work Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. with a 20% shift differential, and potentially overtime on weekdays. Training across areas and teamwork are emphasized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, and reading blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (36+ hours/week) (Some overtime may be available on weekdays). Shift Differential: 20% and a paid half-hour lunch.

Areas: Pre-Fab (Laser Operator, Brake Press), Fabrication: Welding/Lamination, Final Assembly.

Important to Know: All team members may work in different areas of the manufacturing process. You may be trained and assigned to different production stages as business needs change.
