Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (36+ hours/week) (Some overtime may be available on weekdays). Shift Differential: 20% and a paid half-hour lunch.
Areas: Pre-Fab (Laser Operator, Brake Press), Fabrication: Welding/Lamination, Final Assembly.
Important to Know: All team members may work in different areas of the manufacturing process. You may be trained and assigned to different production stages as business needs change.
Responsibilities
- Build and assemble products using hand tools and detailed instructions
- Read blueprints and follow measurements to ensure quality
- Support production in areas like assembly, fabrication, and finishing
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
- Follow job tracking and quality standards to get it right the first time
- Learn materials, processes, and equipment to grow your skills
- Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support the operation

- 1+ year of manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred
- Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, and reading blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and cross-train
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
