Utility Metals in Louisville, KY is seeking an entry-level Production Worker for 2nd shift (Mon-Thurs, 5:00pm–3:30am). You will perform general labor to support metal fabrication, assist with material handling, and operate basic machinery in a non-temperature regulated facility.

Ideal candidates read a tape measure, perform basic math, and show a strong mechanical aptitude, safety focus, and willingness to learn on the job.

What we're looking for:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry‑Level Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform general labor tasks to support the daily operations of our metal fabrication facility. You will assist with material handling, operate basic production machinery, and ensure a clean, safe work environment. This position requires strong physical stamina, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn on the job.

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to read a standard tape measure, read, write and perform basic math calculations.
• Must have strong mechanical aptitude.
• Flexible. Work environment is non-temperature regulated facility with moderate to loud noise levels.
• Must pass a drug screen, physical, and criminal background check.
