Strong Hold in Louisville, KY is seeking an Entry-Level Production Worker to join our metal fabrication team on the 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 5:00pm–3:30am). You will perform general labor to support daily operations, assist with material handling, and ensure a clean, safe work environment. This role requires strong stamina, a willingness to learn, and the ability to read a tape measure.

Prior assembly or general labor experience is a plus. A drug screen and background check are required.

What we're looking for:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry‑Level Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform general labor tasks to support the daily operations of our metal fabrication facility. You will assist with material handling, operate basic production machinery, and ensure a clean, safe work environment. This position requires strong physical stamina, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn on the job.

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to read a standard tape measure, read, write and perform basic math calculations.
• Must have strong mechanical aptitude.
• Flexible. Work environment is non-temperature regulated facility with moderate to loud noise levels.
• Must pass a drug screen, physical, and criminal background check.
