Job summary

Superior Outdoor Products, Inc. is seeking dependable team members to join its manufacturing floor in New Holland, PA. You will work on extrusion-based production during the 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift, with potential overtime, and contribute to quality control and packaging.

Responsibilities include pulling from the extrusion line, inspecting products, wrapping and packing, and maintaining inventory and a safe work area while supporting other production duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to actively participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Willingness to assist in other departments as production needs require.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use measuring devices.
• Forklift operation certification or willingness to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Pull finished product from the extrusion line.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Wrap and package finished products.
• Organize and manage physical inventory.
• Operate saws and other power tools safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Requirements

This position works primarily on the manufacturing floor producing extrusion products.Employees should be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods


• Frequently use hands and arms to handle materials, tools, and equipment


• Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly


• Work safely around manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment
