Job summary

Superior Outdoor Products is seeking a Production Worker in Lancaster County, PA to operate extrusion machinery and maintain production flow. The position runs Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM with potential overtime.

Responsibilities include reading a tape measure, forklift operation, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Experience with Epicor ERP and basic computer skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Read a tape measure and use measuring tools accurately.
• Safely operate a forklift in a manufacturing environment.
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Week: Monday- Friday

Hours: 2:00 PM- 10:00 PM. Additional overtime may be required.

Key Duties

Requirements

• Actively participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Support and help in other areas as the manufacturing schedule dictates.
• Ability to read a tape measure and other measuring devices.
• Safely operate a forklift in a high-traffic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Epicor and computers would be a plus.
• Measuring components produced by the machine using precision measurement tools

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a manufacturing setting. May be subject to the current local weather conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk, and listen. The employee will at times need to lift up to 50 pounds.
