Job summary

Superior Outdoor Products, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in New Holland (Lancaster County) to run an extrusion line, monitor material flow, and operate saws and other power tools on a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift.

The role requires reading tape measures, safely handling a forklift, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should be prepared to assist in other areas based on the manufacturing schedule and demonstrate teamwork and

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and other measuring devices.
• Safely operate a forklift in a high-traffic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Epicor and computers would be a plus.
• Actively participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Support and help in other areas as the manufacturing schedule dictates.

Work Week

Monday- Friday

Hours

2:00 PM- 10:00 PM. Additional overtime may be required.
