Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Production Associate in Rome, GA to help prepare and ship cleaning products for Southeast markets. You will lift up to 50 pounds, stand for a 10-hour shift, and move between stations as needed to keep shipments moving.

The role includes performing basic warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, sorting, and preparing shipments, with a Monday-Thursday schedule and a pay rate of $15.50 per hour. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity based on performance.

A Typical Day As a Production Associate

As a Production Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring cleaning products are prepared and shipped to support industries across the Southeast.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Rome, GA

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include

• Lifting to 50 pounds while handling products and supplies
• Standing for your entire 10-hour shift and moving between workstations as needed
• Performing basic warehouse duties, such as picking, packing, sorting, and preparing shipments
• Handling repetitive tasks and continuous lifting throughout your shift to include stacking boxes onto pallets and wrapping pallets

Schedule & Pay

• Monday through Thursday (no required Fridays or weekends!)
• First shift: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
• Pay: $15.50 per hour
• Temp-to-hire opportunity, based on performance and attendance

*The warehouse is not temperature controlled, but they do have fans.

• Steel Toed Boots required.
