• Following SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards at all times.
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory movement and tasks.
• Supporting cycle counts and stock organization.
• Prepping products for final shipment, including packaging and labeling.
• Keeping a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What’s a typical day as a Shipping Associate? You’ll be:

• Performing general warehouse tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products
• Moving, handling, and storing materials using appropriate equipment and standardized processes
• Using warehouse systems and RF scanners to track inventory movement and update transactions accurately
• Verifying product accuracy, labeling shipments, and inspecting materials during handling and processing
• Following standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards at all times
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory movement and completed tasks

Supporting inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock organization

Prepping products for final shipment, including packaging, labeling, and staging

Keeping a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Collaborating with team members to achieve daily productivity and performance targets

Adapting to changing priorities and supporting multiple operational areas as needed

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Have 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or related roles (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply!)
• Have a basic understanding of warehouse/logistics operations, or a strong willingness to learn
• Bring experience using RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or eager to learn new systems
• Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory
• Are physically capable of standing, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout your shift
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Bring basic computer skills, strong reliability, and a dependable work ethic
