IBC Roofing LLC is seeking a Production Assistant to support roofing operations in field settings. You will help deliver materials, ensure crews have tools, and assist with site setup while learning roofing production processes.

Responsibilities

• Delivering materials and supplies to job sites.

• Assisting with job site setup and support activities.
• Communicating updates between field crews and the production team.
• Taking project photos and uploading documentation into company systems.
• Tracking materials and reporting shortages or concerns.
• Performing basic site inspections and quality checks (training provided).
• Supporting Production Managers with daily operational tasks.
• Learning roofing systems, construction best practices, and safety standards.
• Collecting project completion documents from customers.
• Payment collection from customer.

As a Production Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our roofing operations team while gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry.
