Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for quality control and repair activities.
• Directly supervise Quality Control Representatives, Repair Technicians, and other field staff.
• Assign work, monitor progress, and adjust field coverage based on capacity.
• Coach employees with regular feedback and address performance or quality concerns.
• Review inspections and job documentation for accuracy and completion.
• Identify recurring quality issues and implement preventive solutions.
• Coordinate repair work and ensure timely homeowner communication.
• Assist with customer escalations and provide leadership support as needed.
• Monitor proper use of company vehicles, tools, and materials.
• Provide backup support for scheduling, permitting, and project closeout.

We’re seeking a hands‑on Assistant Production Manager to support the daily operations of our Production team. This person will lead field employees, oversee quality control and repair work, assist with customer concerns, and provide operational support to the Production Manager.

This is not a desk‑only position. The right candidate will be comfortable leading employees, visiting jobsites, solving problems in the field, and stepping into different production workflows as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in roofing, construction, production, field operations, or a related industry
• Previous experience leading or supervising field employees
• Knowledge of roofing installation, repairs, quality control, and jobsite safety
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience using CRM systems
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to safely access roofs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
