Job summary

IBC Roofing, a family-owned and women-owned roofing company in the region, is seeking a Production Assistant to support our roofing operations in the field. You will be in the field, delivering materials, assisting with site setup, and coordinating with crews to keep projects running efficiently.

No roofing experience? No problem — we provide training and growth opportunities into higher roles within operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance as needed
• General construction or handyman experience is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
• Requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic technology skills (smartphone apps, email, and software)

Responsibilities

• Delivering materials and supplies to job sites
• Ensuring crews have tools and resources to stay productive
• Assisting with job site setup and support activities
• Communicating updates between field crews and the production team
• Taking project photos and uploading documentation into company systems
• Tracking materials and reporting shortages or concerns
• Performing basic site inspections and quality checks (training provided)
• Supporting Production Managers with daily operational tasks
• Learning roofing systems, construction best practices, and safety standards
• Collecting project completion documents from customers
• Payment collection from customers
