Slalom is offering a Data & Analytics role as part of Slalom Flex (Project-Based), onsite across multiple U.S. locations. The hourly range is $60–$90 with a benefits package that includes time off, parental leave, and subsidized health coverage.

You’ll build and improve production-ready RAG architectures, explore agentic patterns, and apply AI tooling alongside cloud infrastructure to deliver real outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with hands-on production AI or data architecture experience.
• Strong production RAG experience, including agentic RAG patterns.
• Experience with AI tooling and platforms (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain) and open-source LLMs.
• Cloud/DevOps and infra experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply expertise to build or contribute on complex data and AI projects.
• Work on production RAG architectures, including agentic RAG patterns.
• Implement AI workflows using OpenAI, Claude, LangChain and open-source LLMs.
• Leverage cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
