Slalom is offering a Data & Analytics role as part of Slalom Flex (Project-Based), onsite across multiple U.S. locations. The hourly range is $60–$90 with a benefits package that includes time off, parental leave, and subsidized health coverage.

You’ll build and improve production-ready RAG architectures, explore agentic patterns, and apply AI tooling alongside cloud infrastructure to deliver real outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with hands-on production AI or data architecture experience.
• Strong production RAG experience, including agentic RAG patterns.
• Experience with AI tooling and platforms (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain) and open-source LLMs.
• Cloud/DevOps and infra experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply expertise to build or contribute on complex data and AI projects.

This Slalom Flex (Project-Based) role is based onsite across multiple locations in the U.S., with an hourly pay range of $60 to $90 and a benefits package designed to support your whole life, including time off, parental leave, and subsidized health coverage.

In this Data & analytics role, you will focus on building and improving production-ready RAG architectures, exploring agentic patterns, and applying AI tooling alongside cloud infrastructure to help deliver real outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Apply your expertise to build or contribute on complex data and AI projects

Compensation & Benefits

Targeted hourly pay range: $60/HR to $90/HR. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change.
