Ingram Micro Inc. is seeking an expert in Forward-Deployed Engineering to design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and applications across customer environments. You will work end-to-end from discovery through deployment, ensuring production-grade quality and security.

The role emphasizes establishing standards, collaborating with partners, and delivering repeatable, marketplace-ready solutions while guiding system integrator teams toward independent delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting, including 5+ years building enterprise cloud or AI solutions.
• Customer-facing delivery experience, with a record of shipping production software.

Responsabilidades

• Engineer production agents with customers using the practice’s shared templates, components, and tooling.
• Prototype, validate architectures, and test approaches in real customer environments, and harden agents for production.
• Lead time-bound customer engagements, typically measured in weeks, with defined handoff and enablement milestones.
• Contribute reusable agents, workflows, and components to the practice library.
