Job summary

Ingram Micro is actively seeking an experienced Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design, implement, test, and deploy autonomous AI agents for enterprise use. You will collaborate with AI Architects and business stakeholders to create scalable agentic systems that integrate with ERP, CRM, SCM, and WMS, enabling smarter decisions across supply chains and vendor interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Statistics, or related field; PhD a plus.
• 7+ years hands-on software engineering or data science with production-grade AI/ML systems.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimental design, and causal inference.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI agents.
• Architect integration of AI agents with ERP/CRM/SCM systems for robust data flows.
• Drive experimentation, model lifecycle, and performance validation with rigorous benchmarks.
• Mentor engineers and promote clean, well-documented code and best practices.
• Collaborate with AI Architects, Data Scientists, and product teams to deliver impact.
