Key Talent Solutions is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer for a fast-growing AI company building agent monitoring and evaluation infrastructure. You will embed the platform directly into customers' production systems and diagnose real-world failures.

The role is heavily customer-facing, requiring you to work inside customer codebases, own engagements end-to-end, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Competenze

• 3–7 years of software engineering experience, shipping features end-to-end inside real codebases.
• Some applied-AI exposure; comfortable deploying AI or LLM-based systems into production.
• Strong customer-facing communication: explain complex concepts clearly and build trust.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into concrete technical solutions.
• This role is genuinely your first choice, not a fallback while you look elsewhere.
• Based in SF or willing to relocate; in-person five days.
• Aspires to become a technical founder someday.
• Nice to have: product-company pedigree; infra background beneficial.
• Nice to have: prior agent/evals/observability or behaviour-monitoring experience.

Mansioni

• Deploy and embed the platform and AI components directly into customer codebases and production systems.
• Integrate monitoring, evaluation and agent-facing components into real workflows.
• Guide customers through technical decisions on agent monitoring and evaluation strategy.
• Own multiple customer engagements end-to-end, from integration through sustained adoption.
• Turn customer feedback into roadmap input that shapes the product.
