Intel is seeking a Yield System Development Engineer with a software emphasis to optimize metrology systems for development and manufacturing. You will work with equipment development, operations, automation, and manufacturing teams to enhance yield and ensure product integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Science fields.
• Experience with Python, C#/.NET, HTML, JavaScript with emphasis in ML/AI.
• Experience with statistical analysis and analytical methods.
• 1+ years of experience in an advanced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform statistical analyses and develop visualizations to support yield roadmaps.
• Develop methods and systems to analyze diverse big data sources for yield modeling.
• Maintain systems that enable rapid interpretation of fab data to drive yield improvements.
• Apply statistics and ML techniques to extract insights from large data volumes.
• Transform experimental and manufacturing data into actionable yield improvement steps.
• Ensure manufacturability considerations are integrated into design and process decisions.
• Collaborate on new product introductions and design of experiments.
• Develop tools and algorithms for high-volume data analysis to identify yield limiters.
• Harden equipment systems to meet operational needs for leading-edge logic nodes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and implement custom algorithms.
