Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Sr Product Trainer for the India Tech Center (ITC) in a hybrid leadership and hands‑on role. You will coordinate a team of trainers, design and deliver both standard and customized software product training for customers and internal teams, and drive AI‑powered learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional training experience.
• Experience leading instructional design teams and corporate training programs.
• Proven success creating and delivering customized software product training.
• Strong familiarity with modern learning platforms and digital guidance tools.
• Proficient with instructional software and video editing tools.

Responsabilités

• Mentor senior trainers in ITC, overseeing scheduling and performance.
• Create, customize, and deliver high‑impact product training programs for customers and internal resources.
• Collaborate with Global Learning Services to align local initiatives with strategic roadmap.
• Oversee deployment of AI‑powered workflows to reduce content production timelines.
• Support multi‑touchpoint, role‑based orchestrated learning journeys for products like Corrigo.
• Partner with Product and Customer Success to align training with releases and customer health outcomes.
• Monitor course completion rates, training NPS, and content creation efficiency.
• Iterate curriculum delivery based on post‑training feedback.
