Job summary

AstraZeneca GmbH is seeking a Lead, Product Training to join the US Training Department and drive the product training strategy that enables commercial readiness and field excellence. This role collaborates with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and Training to translate complex product and clinical information into engaging, scalable learning.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years of pharma training, strong communication, and a track record of cross-functional impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of commercial training experience in pharma, biotech, or healthcare.
• Experience translating complex product and clinical strategies into learning solutions.
• Strong cross-functional relationship building with Marketing and other teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high quality and execution discipline.
• Experience delivering training via PowerPoint, Zoom, and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support product training strategy and create a comprehensive roadmap.
• Design and deliver onboarding, launch readiness, and ongoing training.
• Align training with brand objectives, campaigns, customer strategies, and market evolution.
• Develop cross-functional relationships with Commercial, Marketing, Medical, Legal, Compliance, and Training teams.
• Create and deliver learning experiences across ILT, virtual, self-directed, and digital formats.
• Ensure compliance and quality review processes for training materials.
• Track training completion and audit readiness including Pharmacovigilance training.
• Collaborate with external vendors for learning materials.
• Measure training impact and drive continuous improvement.
