Alexion seeks a Lead, Disease State Training to drive strategy and execution for field commercial training. Qualifications

• RN required.
• 6–10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience in training, commercial learning, sales training, disease state education, field capability building, or biopharmaceutical learning and development.
• Experience translating complex scientific/clinical strategies into practical, scalable learning solutions.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering virtual training and managing content in LMS.

Responsibilities

• Support disease state training strategy development and create a comprehensive roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Design, develop, review, facilitate, and continuously improve disease state training materials and learning experiences.
• Create curricula to build field capability across disease education, clinical landscape, and healthcare ecosystem dynamics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify gaps, prioritize learning needs, and deliver effective solutions.
• Plan annual learning priorities, timelines, and execution plans; measure and improve impact using learner feedback and data.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, self-directed, and digital learning experiences with strong learner engagement.
• Ensure compliance and quality review processes are followed for all training content.
• Onboard and train field commercial audiences with structured learning journeys and ongoing capability building.
• Work with external vendors/consultants when needed and share best practices for scalable learning.
• Report pharmacovigilance events discussed during training and maintain audit readiness.
