Qualifications

RN required for role in pharmaceutical training leadership.
Proven experience in training, commercial learning, or disease state education.
Ability to translate science/strategy into practical learning solutions.

Responsibilities

Support disease state training strategy development and roadmaps.
Design, develop, review and deliver training materials and experiences.
Create curricula covering disease education, clinical landscape, and care paradigms.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to close capability gaps.
Establish yearly learning priorities and execution plans aligned to business goals.
Deliver learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, and digital formats.
Ensure content compliance and engage in MLR reviews as needed.
Track completion, measure impact, and iterate based on learner feedback.
Collaborate with external vendors for development of learning materials.
