• Experience developing training plans aligned to business priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional relationship-building, especially with Marketing.
• Experience supporting Field Commercial Roles with training solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver product training programs for onboarding, launch readiness, and lifecycle development.
• Partner with Marketing to align training content with brand objectives and campaigns.
• Build cross-functional relationships to identify learning needs and prioritize solutions.
• Create and deliver instructor-led, virtual, self-directed, and digital formats using adult learning principles.
• Ensure training content complies with regulatory and quality expectations and is reviewed as needed.
