Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho seeks a Product Test Engineer to develop, debug and maintain test programs for the DRAM portfolio, ensuring high yield and quality across NPI to high-volume manufacturing. You will write test code in C++ and Python, analyze data, and contribute to design-for-test enhancements.

With a strong foundation in electrical/computer engineering, you will collaborate with Design, Fab, Yield, Quality and Systems teams to deliver robust test solutions and optimize test time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Basic R/L/C circuit knowledge.
• Digital systems and logic gate representation.
• Understanding of CMOS transistor operation.
• Basic statistics and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug and support test programs from new product introduction phase up through high volume manufacturing
• Write test programs and support scripts in C++, Python
• Contribute input and feedback to help define next generation 'design for test' capabilities
• Analyze device and test flow data to make informed test coverage decisions
• Balance test time objectives while maintaining optimal yield and quality
• Collaborate with partners in Design and Product Engineering, Fab, Manufacturing, Yield Enhancement, Global Quality, Systems Integration Group, and Equipment Engineering teams to deliver the right test solution
