Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Product Test Engineer to develop, debug and maintain test programs for our DRAM portfolio, from new product introduction through high-volume manufacturing.

You will write tests in C++ and Python, analyze test data, and collaborate with Design, Fab, Manufacturing and Quality teams to ensure device health, yield and quality. Candidates should have a bachelor’s in EE/CE/CS, knowledge of digital logic, CMOS operation, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or CS.
• Basic R/L/C circuit knowledge.
• Digital systems and logic gate representation.
• Understanding CMOS transistor operation.
• Basic statistics and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug and support test programs from new product introduction phase up through high volume manufacturing
• Write test programs and support scripts in C++, Python
• Contribute input and feedback to help define next generation 'design for test' capabilities
• Analyze device and test flow data to make informed test coverage decisions
• Balance test time objectives while maintaining optimal yield and quality
• Collaborate with partners in Design and Product Engineering, Fab, Manufacturing, Yield Enhancement, Global Quality, Systems Integration Group, and Equipment Engineering teams to deliver the right test solution
