Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Product Test Engineer to develop, debug and maintain test programs for its DRAM portfolio from new product introduction through high-volume manufacturing. You will write test code in C++ and Python and collaborate with Design, Fab, Manufacturing and Quality teams to deliver robust test solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in EE/CE/CS or related discipline.
• Basic statistics and data analytics knowledge.
• Understanding of CMOS transistor operation and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug and support test programs from new product introduction phase up through high volume manufacturing
• Write test programs and support scripts in C++, Python
• Contribute input and feedback to help define next generation 'design for test' capabilities
• Analyze device and test flow data to make informed test coverage decisions
• Balance test time objectives while maintaining optimal yield and quality
• Collaborate with Design and Product Engineering, Fab, Manufacturing, Yield Enhancement, and other teams to deliver the right test solution
